”This is your designer” utgör en publikation inom ramen för Textile Movement [20367194] (”Projektet”) som ägs av Högskolan i Borås, org. no. 202100–3138 (”HB”).Det är viktigt att de bilder som du skickar in (Bildmaterial) har skapats av dig. Du får inte skicka in någon annans Bildmaterial eller något du har gjort tillsammans med någon annan utan att fråga den andra personen om lov.

Du har gått med på och garanterar att HB får använda Bildmaterialet på de villkor som står nedan:
Du ger HB rätt att (i) tillgängliggöra Bildmaterialet för allmänheten i tryckt och digital form, i alla typer av medier som existerar nu och i framtiden, i alla länder och under obegränsad tid, (ii) använda Bildmaterialet i redigerat eller oredigerat skick, (iii) låta andra använda Bildmaterialet på samma sätt som HB får använda Bildmaterialet, förutsatt att det görs inom ramen för Projektet och att HB inte får någon ersättning för upplåtelsen.

Den rätt till Bildmaterialet som du ger till HB är icke-exklusiv, vilket innebär att du även kan ge en icke-exklusiv rätt till andra att använda Bildmaterialet. HB och du är överens om att du inte ska få någon ersättning för din rättighetsupplåtelse enligt denna överenskommelse.Du har rätt att i enlighet med lagen få ditt namn angivet i anslutning till att HB publicerar Bildmaterialet. Denna licens gäller så länge den aktuella utgåvan av tidningen hålls tillgänglig i tryckt och digital form, längst till december 2027 då Projektet avslutas.

Consent for the use of images for “This is your designer”

”This is your designer” constitutes a publication within the framework of Textile Movement [20367194] (”the Project”), which is owned by the University of Borås, org. no. 202100–3138 (”HB”).

It is important that the images you submit (”Image Material”) have been created by you. You must not submit Image Material belonging to someone else, or anything you have created jointly with another person, without obtaining that person’s permission.

You have agreed to and warrant that HB may use the Image Material under the terms set out below: You grant HB the right to (i) make the Image Material available to the public in printed and digital form, across all types of media existing now and in the future, in all countries and for an unlimited period of time, (ii) use the Image Material in edited or unedited form, (iii) permit others to use the Image Material in the same manner as HB is permitted to use it, provided that this is done within the framework of the Project and that HB receives no remuneration for granting such use.

The rights to the Image Material that you grant to HB are non-exclusive, meaning that you may also grant a non-exclusive right to others to use the Image Material. HB and you agree that you shall not receive any remuneration for your grant of rights under this agreement.

You are entitled, in accordance with the law, to have your name credited in connection with HB’s publication of the Image Material. This licence shall remain in effect for as long as the current edition of the publication is made available in printed and digital form, and at most until December 2027, when the Project concludes.
